Registration, Approval, and Capacity
Approval Process
The 2026 QSBS Summit is an invitation-only event with limited capacity. All registrations are subject to approval by the Summit team. Submitting a registration request does not guarantee attendance. You will receive a formal confirmation email once your registration has been reviewed and approved.
Capacity Capped
Attendance is strictly capped to preserve the quality and intimacy of the event at Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson, WY. We strongly encourage registering early, as capacity is filled on a first-approved basis.
Credentials
Official event access is granted exclusively to the approved Attendee. Badge sharing, splitting, or unauthorized ticket transfers are strictly prohibited.
Card on File, Cancellations, and No-Show Fee
Because the QSBS Summit features a strictly limited capacity and the Organizer incurs significant upfront fixed costs per attendee, the following credit card policy is strictly enforced:
Card on File Required
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of registration. No charge will be made to your card at the time of registration or upon approval. Your card is held solely to protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows without notice.
No-Show Fee
If you do not attend the Event and have not canceled your registration at least 30 days prior to the official start of the Event, a $500 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee helps us reallocate the seat to another waitlisted attendee and covers fixed venue, resource, and catering costs.
Cancellations
To cancel your registration without incurring a fee, you must contact the Summit team at summit@qsbsrollover.com at least 30 days before the event begins. Cancellations made within the 30-day window are subject to the $500 fee at the Summit team's sole discretion.
Travel and Lodging Expenses
The Organizer is not responsible for any personal travel expenses, hotel bookings at Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson, WY, or airline tickets incurred or canceled by the Attendee.
Event Alterations and Force Majeure
Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, agenda, speakers, and topics without prior notice.
Force Majeure
The Organizer will not be held liable or responsible for any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of the Event due to a Force Majeure event. This includes, but is not limited to: severe mountain weather, Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) closures, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, health emergencies, or venue damage at Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson, WY. If the Event is canceled entirely by the Organizer due to a Force Majeure event, no cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.
Code of Conduct
The QSBS Summit is a premier professional gathering. All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are expected to behave professionally and treat others with respect.
Prohibited Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized solicitation/sales pitches ("suitcasing") in the event spaces will not be tolerated.
Right to Eject
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke event access and remove any individual from the premises without notice if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
Media Release and Photography
By attending the 2026 QSBS Summit, you acknowledge that the Organizer or its authorized vendors may be taking photographs, recording video, and streaming live audio/video.
General Attendee Consent to Use
Except as provided below, you grant Kuba Ventures Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, future event marketing, social media, and educational content without further approval or compensation.
Panelist and Speaker Exception
The Organizer recognizes that certain invited speakers and panelists may be bound by individual, firm, or institutional compliance restrictions regarding recorded content and the public dissemination of their insights. Consequently: media release terms for panelists and speakers will be handled on a case-by-case basis via separate, individual agreements. Not all Summit sessions will be recorded, streamed, or published. The Organizer will respect any pre-agreed "off-the-record" or "no-recording" designations for specific panel sessions to comply with firm restrictions.
Disclaimer of Professional Advice
The content, presentations, materials, and discussions at the 2026 QSBS Summit are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Attendees must consult their own legal counsel or CPA regarding their specific corporate tax and rollover situations.
Limitation of Liability
Personal Risk
Attendees assume all risks associated with traveling to and participating in the Event, including the risk of personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal property at Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson, WY or surrounding areas.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer's total liability to any attendee for any claims arising out of the Event will not exceed $500 (the value of the nominal no-show fee).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
