Getting around
Ground transportation and shuttle service.
We coordinate shuttle service between the lodges and hotels, Spring Creek Ranch, and The National Museum of Wildlife Art throughout the Summit, so attendees can move between sessions, dinners, and evening events with ease. The full shuttle schedule is below; arrival guidance from Jackson Hole Airport will be shared closer to the event.
Summit shuttle schedule
Day 1 — Wednesday, September 23
Pickup for Welcome Cocktail Reception (at Trailborn)
Buses depart Spring Creek and The Lodge at:
6:00 PM · 7:00 PM · 8:00 PM
One bus will run from each venue.
Return to Spring Creek & The Lodge
Buses depart Trailborn at:
9:00 PM · 10:00 PM
Two buses will run and go to respective hotel drop-offs.
Day 2 — Thursday, September 24
Pickup for Spring Creek (Summit Sessions)

Attendee transport departs at 5:30 PM, arriving before the evening Cocktail Reception and Dinner.
Return to Trailborn, The Lodge & Spring Creek

9:00 PM · 10:00 PM · 11:00 PM
Two buses each will stop at The Lodge and Trailborn; one bus will return to Spring Creek.
All shuttle routes run on a maximum one-hour route, with travel time between event sites ranging from 15 to 25 minutes. If you have questions onsite, please visit your hotel front desk.
