Registration, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Registration Tiers
Free registration is available from November 1, 2026 through January 1, 2027. Paid registration is $500 from January 1, 2027 through August 1, 2027. Registration closes on August 1, 2027.
Card on File for Free Registration
Free registrants must provide a valid payment card at sign-up. The card on file is stored securely by our payment processor and is not charged unless the no-show fee applies. By completing a free registration, you authorize Kuba Ventures Inc. (DBA QSBS Rollover) to charge a $500 no-show fee to your card on file under the terms below.
No-Show Fee
The $500 no-show fee is charged to the card on file if a free registrant does not attend the Event and has not cancelled in writing by August 15, 2027. "Attendance" means checking in at the Summit registration desk during the Event.
How to Cancel
To cancel, email summit@qsbsrollover.com by August 15, 2027. Cancellations are confirmed by email, and a cancellation is complete once you receive that confirmation.
Substitutions
Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague by notifying summit@qsbsrollover.com by August 15, 2027 with the colleague's name, title, and email address. The colleague assumes the registration and this policy, and a substitute for a free registration must provide their own card on file. Badge sharing or splitting is not permitted.
Paid Registration Refunds
Paid registrants who cancel in writing by August 15, 2027 receive a full refund of the $500 registration fee. Cancellations after August 15, 2027 are not eligible for a refund, except as described in Section 2.
Waivers
The Organizer may waive the no-show fee at its discretion in cases of emergency.
Travel and Lodging
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging and travel. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Organizer is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel bookings at Hotel Bardo or elsewhere in Savannah, GA, or airline tickets incurred or cancelled by the Attendee.
Event Alterations and Force Majeure
Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, agenda, speakers, and topics without prior notice.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event. If the Event is cancelled, paid registration fees will be refunded in full and no no-show fees will be charged. If the Event is postponed, registrations transfer to the new dates; registrants may instead cancel without a no-show fee, and paid registrants may request a full refund, by notifying summit@qsbsrollover.com within 30 days of the postponement notice.
Force Majeure
Apart from the registration refunds described above, the Organizer will not be held liable or responsible for any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of the Event due to a Force Majeure event. This includes, but is not limited to: hurricanes, tropical storms, or other severe weather; Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) closures or flight disruptions; natural disasters; government regulations or evacuation orders; strikes; health emergencies; or venue damage at Hotel Bardo in Savannah, GA.
Code of Conduct
The QSBS Summit is a premier professional gathering. All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are expected to behave professionally and treat others with respect.
Prohibited Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized solicitation/sales pitches ("suitcasing") in the event spaces will not be tolerated.
Venue Policies
Attendees agree to comply with all Hotel Bardo policies and applicable laws while on the premises and at any offsite Summit activities.
Right to Eject
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke event access and remove any individual from the premises without notice if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
Photography, Video, and Use of Attendee Likeness
By registering for and attending the 2027 QSBS Summit, you acknowledge that the Organizer and its authorized photographers, videographers, and vendors will be capturing photographs, video, and audio recordings throughout the Event, including sessions, receptions, dinners, and offsite activities, and that you may appear in this content.
Consent to Use
You grant Kuba Ventures Inc. (DBA QSBS Rollover), its affiliates, and its sponsors acting with the Organizer's permission, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute your name, image, likeness, and voice as captured at the Event, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
Marketing and Promotional Use
This content may be used for any lawful purpose, including marketing and advertising of future QSBS Summits and QSBS Rollover services; the Organizer's websites, email newsletters, and social media channels (such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube); press materials; sponsor recaps; recap videos; and educational content.
Ownership
All photographs, video, and audio recordings created by or for the Organizer at the Event are the sole property of the Organizer. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content or any associated copy.
Opting Out
If you prefer not to be featured in Event marketing materials, please notify the Summit team at summit@qsbsrollover.com before the Event and identify yourself to the on-site photography team. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from published content, but cannot guarantee you will not appear in crowd or wide-angle images.
Panelist and Speaker Exception
The Organizer recognizes that certain invited speakers and panelists may be bound by individual, firm, or institutional compliance restrictions regarding recorded content and the public dissemination of their insights. Media release terms for panelists and speakers will be handled on a case-by-case basis via separate, individual agreements. Not all Summit sessions will be recorded, streamed, or published, and the Organizer will respect any pre-agreed "off-the-record" or "no-recording" designations for specific sessions.
Attendee Recordings
Attendees may not record audio or video of any Summit session without the Organizer's prior written consent, and must respect any session designated off-the-record.

Attendees must consult their own legal counsel or CPA regarding their specific corporate tax and rollover situations.
Limitation of Liability
Personal Risk
Attendees assume all risks associated with traveling to and participating in the Event, including the risk of personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal property at Hotel Bardo, offsite Summit activities, or surrounding areas in Savannah, GA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer's total liability to any attendee for any claims arising out of the Event will not exceed $500.
