Registration FAQ

Is every registration accepted?: Every registration is reviewed by the event hosts. To keep the Summit focused on the advisors, investors, founders, and experts it is built for, the hosts may cancel any registration at their discretion. If a cancelled registration was paid, it is refunded in full.
Why do I need a card for free registration?: The card on file asks every free registrant to honor their commitment to attend. It is stored securely by our payment processor and is charged only if the $500 no-show fee applies.
When will I be charged the no-show fee?: Only if you do not check in at the Summit registration desk during the event and have not cancelled in writing by August 15, 2027.
How do I cancel, and what's the deadline?: Email summit@qsbsrollover.com by August 15, 2027. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Can I send a colleague in my place?: Yes. Email summit@qsbsrollover.com by August 15, 2027 with your colleague's name, title, and email. A substitute for a free registration provides their own card on file.
What is the refund policy for paid registration?: Paid registrations cancelled in writing by August 15, 2027 receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date are not refunded.
Is there a hotel room block?: Yes. Hotel room blocks for all guests will be available at Hotel Bardo, the Summit venue. We will announce booking details as soon as the blocks are available.
